Families are an integral part
of Alpine Learning Group’s education program and learning
community. To better meet families’ needs at home and to
ensure generalization of skills learned at school to the home
setting, each family at Alpine is assigned a family
consultant.

The Program includes:

Regularly scheduled homes visits
-
Programs targeting goals relevant to
community and family integration

Guidance in addressing challenging
behaviors at home and in the community

Regularly scheduled training visits to
transfer skills to parents and to the home

Sibling support and education
-
Ongoing family education workshops and
informational seminars

Referrals to helpful community resources
