Erin Richard White, Ph.D., BCBA-D
Director of Adult & Transition Services
Dr. Erin Richard White has specialized in working with adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorders in employment, educational, community and home settings for 15 years. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and holds both teacher of the handicapped and elementary teacher certifications in New Jersey. Dr. White completed her doctorate and master's degree in applied behavior analysis from Caldwell University. She has published articles in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis in Practice. She regularly serves as a guest review of the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. Dr. White has presented at many local and national conferences on a variety of topics including preparing learners for adulthood, assessing and reducing problem behavior, and ethics. She currently serves as the Continuing Education Chair for the New Jersey Association for Behavior Analysis, Inc.
