Daniela Fazzio, PhD, BCBA-D

Dr. Daniela Fazzio is a clinician with 21 years of experience in behavioral intervention. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Doctoral, she has coordinated and directed high quality early intensive behavioral intervention programs in Canada and the US. Dr. Fazzio is also a researcher with several peer reviewed publications and adjunct professor of graduate studies in behavior analysis. She has served as invited reviewer for the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Modification. Dr. Fazzio is committed to evidence-based interventions, best outcomes and patient experience, as well as to the field of behavior analysis. She has worked with ABAI Chapters in various positions in Canada and the US, and sat on the board of directors of the Association for Science in Autism Treatment for 8 years, also serving as secretary and newsletter co-editor.

Ritesh Chaturbedi, Systemax - President 

Ritesh is currently COO of Systemax (SYX), an omni-channel retailer & distributor of industrial products. Prior to this, he held C-level roles at Ditech, Preferred and Fareportal, as well as senior leadership positions at Sears Holdings Corporation and Amazon. He has led large global teams of up to 6,000+ associates (in all areas of business), consistently created a culture of customer centricity & innovation, and attracted / developed top-notch talent.  

Ed Pittarelli, Bergen Community College -Vice President

Ed Pittarelli has been volunteering in the disability community since his college days where he tutored math and physics to blind and deaf students. In addition to being Vice President of the Alpine Board, he is a member of the County of Bergen’s Project Search and Workforce Investment Board Disability committees and Chairperson of the Borough of Park ridge’s Access for All committee

Ed was the founding president of the Bergen Community College Rotary, a member of the Board of Trustees for Autism New Jersey, and former president of the headquarters chapter of the Telcom Pioneers.

Ed is the retired Dean- Program Development, Learning Technologies, and Process Improvement for Bergen Community College. He was responsible for guiding the College in expanding its educational programs, managing its online education efforts, managing the College’s documents and records, and support of all classroom and College information and network technology. In addition, he was the General Manager of the College’s Verizon FIOS TV station

He has been an executive in sales, product management, product marketing, systems integration and professional services with AT&T and Lucent, culminating in the position of Managing Vice President. In addition, Ed was the vice president of operations at BroadSoft, a leading supplier of VoIP software to the telecommunications industry and a senior consultant to executives in the insurance and telecommunications industries. 

Ed is magna cum laude graduate of Long Island University in Physics and has his Master’s Degree in Telecommunication Management from Southern Methodist University

Robert A. Del Vecchio is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey. He maintains his own real estate practice and was formerly counsel to the firms of Shanley & Fisher, PC and Drinker, Biddle & Shanley, LLP. He has been practicing law for over 32 years.

During his tenure with Shanley and Drinker, Mr. Del Vecchio represented Merck and Co., Trammell Crow, Bellemead Development Corp., Chubb Insurance, Matrix Development Group, Herman’s Sporting Goods, White Castle Systems and Sprint Spectrum among others. His representation of these clients, and others, included closings, due diligence reviews, leasing and zoning. In 1997, Mr. Del Vecchio was one of the lead attorneys representing Bellemead Development Corp. in the sale of $650 million dollars of commercial real estate.

Since establishing his own practice, Mr. Del Vecchio has continued to represent developers in the sale of residential developments, has represented T-Mobile in zoning applications and has done extensive title work for Pulte Homes. He also has an extensive foreclosure practice.

Ann Gittleman

Ann Gittleman, CPA, CFF, CIRA, ABV, Esq. is a Managing Director in the New York Office for the Governance, Risk, Investigations and Dispute Business Unit for Duff & Phelps LLC. Her practice is focused on providing dispute consulting services to a variety of clients, including law firms, corporations, insurance companies, governmental agencies, law enforcement bodies and self-regulatory organizations. Ann frequently works on complex litigation cases where the claims in many instances are in the billions of dollars. 

Ann has been retained as an expert in cases involving civil and criminal financial fraud, Ponzi Schemes, post-acquisition disputes (including breaches of representation and warranty claims), SEC enforcement actions, commercial business damages, business valuations, GAAP, GAAS and related accounting issues as well as bankruptcy investigations and related expert assistance.  

Ann joined Duff & Phelps with the acquisition of Kinetic Partners, where she was a director and co-head of the New York Forensic & Dispute Services practice. Ann joined Kinetic Partners from a prestigious New York law firm where she practiced securities litigation and provided in-house forensic accounting consulting services. Previously, Ann worked on auditor negligence matters as an in-house forensic accountant and legal assistant at the Office of the General Counsel at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Prior to that, she was an auditor in the alternative investment management group at PwC in New York City, where she audited hedge funds, venture capital funds, private equity funds, and commodity pools. 

Ann earned her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in both Accounting and Computer Information Science, magna cum laude from Bryant University. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics, a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, and Accredited in Business Valuation. Ann is also a licensed attorney admitted in both New York and Massachusetts, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of the Bar of the City of NY, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiner.


Sam Khichi

Sam joined BD in December 2017 as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, and subsequently assumed a leadership role for BD’s Public Policy and Regulatory functions.

Prior to BD, Sam served as C.R. Bard’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 2014 until BD acquired C.R. Bard in 2017. From 2007-2014, Sam was Chief Administrative Officer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Inc., a portfolio company of The Blackstone Group, where Sam was responsible for Catalent’s global legal affairs. Previously, Sam was Counsel, Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity for O’Melveny & Myers LLP.

His legal career also includes serving as General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary for a software company, and as Associate, Mergers and Acquisitions for Shearman & Sterling LLP and McDermott Will & Emery. Sam also served as a White House Fellow appointed by President George W. Bush. 

Sam has an extensive military background having served in the U.S. Army as an active duty field artillery officer, followed by an assignment with the New York/New Jersey High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Program as a member of the New Jersey Army National Guard. Following his U.S. Army and National Guard service, Sam served as a reserve officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, Office of Naval Intelligence.

Sam holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University, a J.D., cum laude and order of the coif, from Fordham University School of Law, and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He is a member of the board of directors of Fordham University School of Law Alumni Association as well as a member of the Board of Trustees of Tri-County Scholarship Fund. In addition, Sam is on the board of Medical Device Innovation Council (MDIC) and the Alpine Learning Group, a school for children with autism.
